Cleaning ALMA and Subaru open-use rooms for "Asian Solar Physics Winter School"
Dear users of ALMA, Subaru open-user rooms
We announced "ALMA and Subaru open-use rooms will be unavailable for
”SOKENDAI Asian Solar Physics Winter School" on 1/27(Wed)--28(Thu), 2016",
previously.
For the preparations of the school, we will clear both open-use rooms.
1. Cleaning on the desk
There are personal memos and writing implements etc. on the desks
in the open-use rooms. Please clear them until 9:30am on Jan 27(Wed).
We will clear and keep them if the desks are not tidy.
2. Logout from terminal WS (alws*, sbws*)
Please logout from alws* and sbws* until 9:30am on Jan 27(Wed).
We will carry out forced-logout if general users still login.
The general users are not able to enter the rooms during the school.
Please use plotters, open-use PC and Mac in South open-use rooms
in this period.

ALMA・すばる共同利用室 ユーザの皆様
先般アナウンスの通り、ALMA棟および、すばる棟共同利用室におきまして、
アジア太陽冬の学校・データ解析演習が 1/27(水)-28(木) の期間、
実施されます。
その準備に伴い、両共同利用室の片づけ等を検討しております。
１、デスク上の片づけ
sbws*, alws* 等のモニタが設置されているデスク上などに、個人メモや
筆記用具等を置いている方は、1/27(水) 9:30 までに片づけをお願いします。
もし片づけられてない場合は、オペレータの方で整理・保管させて頂きます
ので、ご了承ください。
２、端末WS からのログアウト
sbws*, alws* 等で作業中の方は、1/27(水) 9:30 までにはログアウトして
頂きますよう、よろしくお願いします。
もし、ログアウトされてない場合は、オペレータの方で強制ログアウト
させて頂きますので、ご了承ください。
なお学校開催中は、ALMA・すばる共同利用室は「占有」になりますので、
学校関係者以外の入室はご遠慮ください。
期間中に、大判プリンタや共同利用PC・Mac 等の使用を希望する場合は、
南棟共同利用室をご利用ください。
