How to use AIPS on Data Analysis System

If you would like to use AIPS, please inform us (consult(atmark)ana.nao.ac.jp) with your account name.

On the MDAS, you are able to analyze the data which has been analyzed on another server by putting AIPS temporary files into your home directory. For this purpose, we have to write your home directory path into the AIPS setting files. Without this setting, you can use only AIPS user ID 2-9, but the files of ID 2-9 are target of periodic deletion.

 How to start AIPS

Enter the following commands.
