!Year ends and New Year holidays operation

Dear users,

[Year ends and New Year holidays]
Please understand that operators do not deal with any trouble of
year ends and New Year holidays.

December 29 (Sat), 2018 -- Jan 3 (Thu), 2019

- Servers, workstations, open-use PCs and plotters are available during
the period.
- The operator stationed, phone support and ADC open-use help desk
are until Dec 27(Thu) in year ends.
- Open-use rooms and server rooms will be house-cleaning on Dec 28(Fri),
and ADC open-use help desk (1F South building) will close on Dec 28.


[Maintenance]
A maintenance notice as of January, 2019.

January 21, 2019 (Mon) 9:00 -- 21:00
*Please note that the maintenance of Jan is "3nd Monday".

ADC analysis system is unavailable for the periodic maintenance.
A part of the open-use PCs and plotters are available during the
maintenance.
* We will inform later the details of the maintenance of January.

[年末年始の運用について]
下記の期間、多波長データ解析システムおよび、共同利用機器類
（共同利用PC, プリンターなど）は休日対応といたします。

　年末年始期間：2018年12月29日(土) 〜 2019年1月3日(木)

上記期間中もシステム運用はいたしますが、トラブル対応は出来かねますので、
ご了承下さい。

なお、本年のオペレータ常駐・電話対応等は 12月27日(木)までと
させて頂きます。
また、12月28日(金)は計算機室・共同利用室の大掃除を行います。
※12月28日(金)は、ヘルプデスクも閉室いたします。


[1月度 定期メンテナンス]
1月に定期メンテナンスを予定しております。

　日時：2018年1月21日(月) 9:00 -- 21:00
　※「第3月曜日」です。

解析システム（解析サーバ、端末WS等）は上記の時間帯、利用不可です。
なお、共同利用PC と大判プリンタの一部はメンテナンス中も利用可能です。
※メンテの詳細については別途連絡いたします。
