多波長データ解析システム利用者のみなさま、

多波長データ解析システムは、システムのリプレースを行い、2024年7月1日
までに新システムの運用を開始する予定です。これに関連した注意事項など
をお知らせいたします。
[新システムの運用開始]
2024年7月1日までに現行システムを停止し新システムを運用開始予定です。
新システムの OS は Rocky Linux 8 となります。
[アカウントについて]
3月初旬より、例年同様のアカウントの更新手続きを実施いたします。
更新されたアカウントは新システムに引き継がれます。
更新手続きの詳細は、改めて別途ご案内いたします。
[ユーザデータ移行について]
現在、ホーム領域や作業領域(/lfs*, /wk[m,h]*)に置かれたユーザデータは、
必要なファイルについて、ユーザ自身が移行作業を行う必要があります。
現行システムからのユーザデータ移行のため、5月頃に新システムのディスク
領域を現行システムからアクセスできるようにする予定です。
[/ext_nfs[1-3] 領域の利用]
現行システムの /ext_nfs[1-3] 領域は新システムでも引き続き利用が可能と
なります。5月以降はネットワークが混み合う可能性もあるため、重要なファ
イルについては早めに /ext_nfs[1-3] 領域への移動を推奨します。

The Multi-Wavelength Data Analysis System is scheduled for a system replacement,
and the operation of the new system will begin by July 1st, 2024.
We would like to inform you some information related to this.
[New System Launch]
The new system is expected to go into operation by July 1st, 2024.
The new system will be operated on Rocky Linux 8.
[User Accounts]
Annual account update procedures will start in early March, as is every year.
Updated accounts will be carried over to the new system.
We will provide detailed information about the account update separately.
[User Data Migration]
You will need to manually transfer any essential files from your current home
and working directories (/lfs*, /wk[m,h]*) to the new system.
To migrate user data from the current system, we plan to allow access to the
new system's disk space from the current system around May.
[/ext_nfs[1-3] Areas]
The /ext_nfs[1-3] areas in the current system will continue to be available
in the new system.
Due to the possibility of network congestion just before the replacement,
we recommend early migration of important files to these space.
