Set URL of start-up page according to following procedure.

    1. Start Google Chrome
        % google-chrome
     
    2. Click customize button on the upper right side of browser (icon of four crossbars) 
       and select "Settings" on menus.
    
    3. Check "Open a specific page or set of pages." of "On startup" section 
       and click "Set pages".
    
    4. Input URL you want to display at the time of start-up on "Add a new page" section 
       and click "OK".
