We report the notes on use for "plotcal" in CASA 4.1.0.

[Problem]
When you use "plotcal" on CASA 4.1.0, following error messages are 
displayed and "plotcal" is not executed.

（Error message）
　TypeError: coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, dict found

[Cause]
Dependency with matplotlib (expectation)
(Known Issues CASA 4.1.0)

[Workaround]
Remove "fontList.cache" file in ~/.matplotlib,
and you try to use "plotcal" again.
