[Postponed] Set up quota to a part of work area.

Dear users,
We did not set up a quota to /wam* and /wah* area on
the maintenance day in May because the setup was not
completed normally.
(The analysis system is operating normally)
We have been investigating the problem now.
We will announce detailed later for the setup schedule.

5月度メンテナンスで実施予定でした /wam*, /wah* の quota
設定ですが、設定作業が正常に完了しなかったので、5月度の
実施は見送りました。
（なお、システム運用には問題ありません）
現在、問題点について調査中です。
