[Maintenance] Date: November 2, 2015 (Mon) 9:00 -- 21:00 (JST) ADC analysis system is unavailable due to the periodic maintenance. Open-use PCs and plotters are partially available during the maintenance. [Attention] ADC analysis system will be unavailable because of the interruption of Power Supply in Mitaka Campus, NAOJ. Date: Saturday, November 7, 2015 Time: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm (JST) [System Correction/Improvement, Software Install/Update] Correction/Improvement and Install/Update to All analysis servers and terminal WS, unless otherwise stated. (Install) Astrometory.net 0.50 ds9 7.3.2 (*) * An old version (7.1) of ds9 is available and default after the maintenance. Please enter "ds9-7.3.2" when you use the version 7.3.2 of ds9. (Update) CASA database xpa 2.1.14 -> 2.1.15 gnuplot 5.0.0 -> 5.0.1 [Periodic data deletion] The periodic data deletion in the local and the NFS disk area is executed during a monthly maintenance. We strongly recommend that you make backups of any important data. (Delete target files) /wam* : 4 weeks passed (on "ctime") /wah* : 2 weeks passed (on "ctime") /mfst*: 6 months passed (on "ctime") Please note that the periodic data deletion of /mfst* partitions is executed during monthly maintenance. The prolonged occupation of computer resources may cause a disturbance to other users' work, mostly due to concurrent heavy processing on servers. To avoid the above situation we will provide a warning to users. In addition, please consider using a batch processing system and check the current status of the server to avoid causing server over-use. We will warn users exceeding restrictions on the quantity of the disk space used.
