!Wired DHCP in open-use rooms will be set up a network access control

Dear users,

We will set up the network access control to the wired DHCP in the
open-use rooms (South, Subaru and ALMA) on the next maintenance day
(Apr 6, Mon).

[NOTE]
- The wired DHCP will be the outside network (same as "naoj-open").

- VPN service (ADC analysis system and NAOJ staff VPN) are available.

- Printers in the open-use rooms will be unavailable via the wired DHCP.

We are improving the setting of the network access control on the
open-use computers and environment, continuously.

ユーザーの皆様

次回の4月度メンテナンス (4/6 月)にて、南棟、すばる棟、ALMA棟の
各共同利用室の有線DHCPに対してネットワーク・アクセスコントロール
を実施いたします。

（主な注意点）
　・有線DHCP を外部ネットワークに移行します。
　　（無線ネットワーク環境の「naoj-open」と同等の環境になります）

　・各種VPN（多波長解析システムVPN, 国立天文台スタッフVPN) の
　　接続は可能です。

　・有線DHCP 経由での共同利用室プリンタへの印刷は不可になります。

共同利用機器・環境のネットワーク・アクセスコントロールにつきましては、
今後も引き続き修正・改善を行っていく予定です。

ご理解ご協力のほど、よろしくお願いします。
