!Announcement about Maintenance on July (24 hour maintenance, login suspension)

Dear users,

We inform a schedule of the maintenance on July (July 7) in ADC data
analysis system.

We will execute the periodic data deletion in the NFS disk area
(/mfst* partitions) in the analysis system on the maintenance of July.

The maintenance of July will be performed on 24 hours, and user-login
will suspend during the period because the data deletion takes time
(we estimate that this work takes about 17 hours or more).

Date: July 7, 2014 (Mon) am 9:00 -- July 8 (Tue) am 9:00 (24 hours)
Note: Suspension of user login.

We strongly recommend to make backups (or update) your important data.
(Files which 6 months passed on "ctime" are the delete target on NFS (/mfst*))

多波長データ解析システム　ユーザの皆様

7月度のメンテナンス (7/7 月) の予定について、ご連絡いたします。

7月度のメンテナンスでは、NFS ディスク領域 (/mfst* 領域）の定期データ
削除を実施いたします。このデータ削除作業が長時間 (約 17時間以上) かかる
見込みのため、7月度のメンテナンスは、24時間メンテナンス、またユーザ
ログインを不可にして作業させて頂きたいと考えております。

　備考：ユーザログインの停止

また、重要なデータはバックアップ、更新等の対応を強く推奨いたします。
※NFS ディスク領域は、ctime で6か月経過したファイルが削除の対象に
　なります。
