The schedule of the operation for NFS disk area (/mfst* partitions) Dear users, We inform about the schedule of the operation for NFS disk area (/mfst* partitions) in ADC analysis system. [Corrective action for "Reaction delay"] We are sorry for the inconvenience; "occurring the reaction delay on /mfst* partitions". We found a corrective action of the trouble, and we are checking it. We will carry out the corrective action on the maintenance of May (May 7, Wednesday) if there is no problem. [Data deletion for NFS area (/mfst*)] We will carry out the periodic data deletion on NFS (/mfst*) area on the maintenance of June (June 2, Monday) The regulation is as follow; - Deletion targets are user's files passed more than 6 months (186 days) on "ctime". We recommend your important data backup strongly. More information; - We consider that the corrective action has the high priority more than the data deletion. Therefore, if the schedule of the corrective action will be changed, the schedule of the data deletion will be corrected. - The data deletion on NFS disk will take long time. Therefore, we will carry out 24 hours maintenance on June (June 2 9:00 -- June 3 9:00). - During the maintenance of June, user login will be suspended. We will inform the details later. Astronomy Data Center NFS ディスク領域 (/mfst* 領域）に対する今後の予定について ユーザの皆様 NFS ディスク領域 (/mfst* 領域）に対する、今後の対応予定について ご連絡いたします。 [不具合（遅延問題）対応] 本問題については、大変ご不便をおかけし申し訳ありません。 本不具合に対する対応策が判明しました。現在、細部についてテスト・確認中 ですが、問題がなければ、次回の5月度のメンテナンス (5月7日 水曜）にて、 不具合対応を実施する予定です。 [定期データ削除の実施について] NFS 領域における定期データ削除を 6月度メンテナンス時（6月2日 月曜 予定） に実施したいと考えております。 削除基準は以下の通りです。 ・ctime が 6か月 (186日 )以上経過しているユーザファイル等 重要なデータはバックアップを取ることを強く推奨いたします。 また、以下のように予定おります。 ・不具合対応を優先したいと考えていますので、もし不具合対応の 　スケジュールに変更があれば、削除スケジュールの方も見直します。 ・データ削除には長時間かかる可能性があるので、6月度のメンテナンスは 　24時間を予定しております。 　具体的には 6月2日 9:00 から 6月3日 9:00 までを考えております。 ・上記期間はユーザのログインを停止させて頂く予定です。 詳細については、また後日ご連絡させて頂きます。 よろしくお願いします。 天文データセンター
