!Schedule of ADC data analysis system improvement

We announce a schedule of ADC data analysis system 
improvement.


[Preparation of group accounts]
We are setting the group accounts(*) on the data 
analysis system. As the preparation, we will correct 
common configuration files on the next maintenance. 
It does not have influence on the existing configuration.

(*)"The group accounts on the data analysis system" is that 
a group ID is granted to a users group (several user IDs) 
for improving a joint analysis of observational data with 
collaborators.

The group account will be available after the 
maintenance of June. However, an application form and 
registration tools is in preparation. We will announce 
again the open of the application after the form and 
tools are completed.

If you would like to use the group account as soon as 
possible, you should contact to consult2[AT]nao.ac.jp 
(Replace [AT] to @). We will grant the group account 
quickly and explain the details.


[Postponed of setting quota to work area]
We do not set up a quota to work disk area on the next 
maintenance because we have to investigate in more 
detail about the problem.

解析システム　ユーザの皆様

今後のシステム改良、変更の予定についてご連絡いたします。


[グループアカウント機能の準備（仮運用）]
解析システムにおきましては、グループアカウント機能(※)
の運用準備を進めております。その準備作業として、6月度
メンテナンスにて共通環境ファイルの一部を修正いたします。
なお、既存の設定・機能等には影響はありません。

※解析システムのグループアカウント機能とは、あるユーザ
　アカウント群に対して、個別のグループID を発行すること
　指します。この設定により、観測・研究グループ内での共同
　のデータ解析作業の利便性向上などを目的としています。
　
グループアカウントにつきましては、6月度メンテナンス以降
に利用できる状態にはなりますが、受付・登録体制はまだ準備
中です。それらの準備が出来次第、詳細もあわせてご連絡いた
します。

なお、急ぎグループアカウントの利用を希望される方は、個別
に対応いたしますので、consult2[AT]nao.ac.jp（[AT] を @ 
に置き換えてください）までご連絡ください。詳細も併せて、
ご説明いたします。


[共通作業ディスク領域の quota 設定の延期]
共通作業ディスク領域に対する quota 設定については、
まだ設定方法について確認する点が残っていますので、
6月度メンテナンスでの実装は見送ります。
