!Solution to the problem [unable to unlock screen on terminal WS (Information from ADC No.328)]

Dear users,

We inform the solution to the problem
[unable to unlock screen on terminal WS (Information from ADC No.328)]
that occurred to some users.

We identified the cause and will modify the following command
   modify_userinfo -p
to solve this problem on next maintenance (Mon, 3 June 2013).

For users with this problem, we recommend resetting of password
using this command after next maintenance.

以前お伝えしました、解析システムの一部利用者で起きた
「端末のスクリーンロックを解除できない問題 (ADCからのお知らせ、No.328)」
について、解決法をお知らせします。

原因を特定し、問題解決のため
パスワードを変更するコマンド:
   modify_userinfo -p
を次回メンテナンス(6/3 月)で修正します。

本問題に該当するユーザの方は、お手数ですが、次回メンテナンス後に
上記コマンドにてパスワードを再設定することを推奨いたします。
