!!ADCからのお知らせ No.297(2013/1/31) !Schedule of common-use rooms available. (English) Dear users, This announcement is a schedule of common-use rooms available. Terminal workstations in Subaru common-use room will not be available during the period below because ADC analysis system will be stopped. February 1 17:00 --- February 5 9:00 (JST) February 8 17:00 --- February 14 (JST) Common-use PCs and printers will be available during the period. However, the printers will be not able to use under the replacement of a network system. February 3 9:00 --- 16:00 (JST) February 9 7:00 --- February 10 15:00 (JST) We recommend strongly that you should use plotters in the common-use rooms except for the above-mentioned periods. [Other Information] Printers in the common-use rooms will be renewal. - South common-use room All printers except for plot2 (plotter) will be renewal. Date: February 8 - Subaru common-use room All printers except for plot3 (plotter) will be renewal. Date: February 4 We will announce "how to use new printers" later. Astronomy Data Center, National Astronomical Observatory of Japan （日本語） 解析システム　ユーザの皆様 今後の共同利用室の運用予定（縮退運用期間）について、 ご連絡いたします。 ・縮退運用期間 　解析システムの停止に伴い、以下の期間、共同利用設置機器についても 　一部使用できなくなります。 　　2月 1日(金) 17:00 〜 2月 5日(火) 9:00 　　2月 8日(金) 9:00 〜 2月14日(木) (予定） ・詳細 　縮退運転期間は、すばる共同利用室の端末WS が利用できません。 　共同利用PC、プリンタ、および南棟共同利用室の端末WS は使用できる 予定です。 　プリンタについては停止はしませんが、下記の理由から、印刷できなくなる 　時間帯が発生する可能性があります。 ・ネットワーク切替作業の影響について 　以下の予定でネットワーク切替作業が行われます。 　　　2月3日(日) 9時 -- 16時　すばる棟 　　　2月9日(土) 7時 -- 2月10日(日)15時　南棟、すばる棟 　　　（ネットワーク担当のアナウンス情報から） 　ネットワーク切替作業時は、共同利用PC からの外部ネットワークへの 　接続（ウェブページ閲覧など）や、大判プリンタを含むプリントアウト 　は安定しないと思われますので、ご注意ください。 また、縮退運用期間は上記以外にもシステム、ネットワークの設定変更作業の 影響で、予期せぬ不具合が発生する場合があり得ます。 今後、ポスター印刷をご予定の方は、上記の縮退運用期間外に印刷される ことを強く推奨いたします。 なお、南棟共同利用室、すばる共同利用室のプリンタについては、 新しい機種への入れ替えも予定しています。 ・南棟共同利用室 　日時：2月8日(金) 入れ替え予定 　対象：plot2 (大判プリンタ）以外の 　　　　A3, A4プリンタと大判プリンタ(plot1)1台 ・すばる共同利用室 　日時：2月4日(月) 入れ替え予定 　対象：plot3 (大判プリンタ）以外の 　　　 A4 プリンタ（新規で A3プリンタ 1台が追加） 新しいプリンタの使用方法等の詳細については、後日ご連絡します。 ご要望・ご質問等ありましたら consult@adc.nao.ac.jp 、あるいは 内線 3832 までご連絡ください。 　＃システム設定変更の影響で、consult@adc.nao.ac.jp が 　　一時使用できなくなる可能性があります。 ユーザの皆様には大変ご不便をおかけしますが、 ご理解ご協力をよろしくお願いします。 国立天文台　天文データセンター
