For csh/tcsh users：How to use Intel compiler (after April 18 2022)

The environment files of Intel compiler（Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition）
were changed with the change of product system of Intel.

A environment file of Intel for csh was no longer offered.
Therefore, we change the setting of Intel compiler environment for csh.
(after April 18, 2022)

- Please perform the following command when users who select csh/tcsh
as login shell would like to use Intel compiler.

　$ bash -c 'source /opt/intel/oneapi/setvars.sh > /dev/null; exec csh'

(Note)
- Pleas do not describe the above command to your environment file
(~/.cshrc etc).
If you describe the command to ~/.cshrc, scp and ssh commands
do not function correctly.
