!!!Re-starting IDL after the forced termination

Note when restarting IDL after a forced termination.

[Problem]
If you force-quit IDL(*), you may have trouble to restart it.

[Cause]
The IDL configuration file may be damaged due to the forced termination.
As a result, the IDL will fail to initialize and cannot be started.

[Solution]
The following two solutions are available:
　- Rename or remove "~/IDLWorkspace"
　- Rename or remove "~/.idl"

(*) IDL can be terminated in the following ways:
　- Press the Ctrl+C on the command line
　- Use the kill command
　　(Often with the option '-9'.)
Both of these methods could damage your IDL configuration files.
