Limitation on the number of concurrent jobs / 同時実行可能ジョブ数の制限

Dear LSC users,

We will be implementing a limit on the maximum number of concurrent jobs per user per queue
in the next maintenance on December 1, 2025.

Configuration Details:

   Target Queues: ql and qm
   Maximum Limit: 2

Due to this setting, regardless of available computing resources, each user will only be able to
run a maximum of two jobs concurrently per target queue.

The purpose of introducing this limit is to ensure the service can be used without stress by
many users and to reduce the load on the job scheduler.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this change.

大規模解析システムユーザの皆様、

次回メンテナンス(2025/12/1)で、同時実行可能ジョブ数に制限を
設定いたします。

設定対象キュー: ql と qm
設定値:   2

この設定により、計算資源に空きがある状況でも、1ユーザ当たり、
上記キュー当たり2ジョブまでしか同時に実行されなくなります。

この上限値の導入は、多くのユーザにストレスなく利用して頂くことと
ジョブスケジューラの負荷軽減を目的としています。
